Previously, a senior executive at Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) for more than 20 years, serving as Senior Vice President Corporate Strategy, Communications & New Media. Launched BMI’s global digital rights licensing division, managed corporate communications and oversaw the firm’s global corporate strategy and planning efforts. Served on the Board of Directors of The Canadian Musical Reproduction Rights Agency Ltd where he was Chair of the Management Committee and on the Board of Directors of SXWorks. M.A. in Communications Management from the Annenberg School of Communications at the University of Southern California; B.A. in English from Boston College.

Patrick was a Managing Director - BlackRock Private Markets investing in esoteric private equity and debt investments for BlackRock, Inc. funds and client accounts, including music royalties; specialty lending; wireless spectrum/wireless telecom; oil and gas drilling & production; commercial real estate; and others. Led BlackRock’s joint venture with Primary Wave, a manager of music royalty-focused private funds. Previous investment experience includes Leucadia National Corporation and Fidelity Capital Investors. Active investor in music royalties and B2B music companies. M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business; B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Co-Founder of the Firm. Previously, PJ was Vice President at Royalty Exchange, the leading marketplace for intellectual property royalty auctions and private placements. Built and managed investor effort while analyzing, valuing and transacting on a wide range of media and entertainment royalty assets in a variety of structures. Prior experience includes Alternative Investments at Permal Group, BlackRock and Legg Mason. M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business with specializations in Corporate Finance, Financial Instruments & Markets and Global Business; B.A. in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
Annie works on Catch Point market development initiatives. Previously, she was a member of Talent and Development team at Morgan Stanley, assisting in design and execution of Training Programs within Investment Banking and Capital Markets. Prior experience includes work at Warner Music Group, Moonlight Music Festival and Newport Folk Festival. Graduated from Dickinson College with B.A. in International Business and Management, currently pursuing Professional Coaching certification.
Cole specializes in royalties management at Catch Point. Before joining the team, Cole was a Royalties Manager at business management firm PARR3 LLC, where he worked with account managers to oversee all incoming and outgoing royalty statements for a diversified client list of artists, producers, and songwriters. Cole graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Music Industry, and also has a passion for music production and songwriting.
As Vice President, Investments, Corey focuses on valuation and due diligence of prospective catalog acquisitions as well as financial planning and analysis for Catch Point’s expanding portfolio of music rights investments. Prior to joining Catch Point, Corey was an associate with media investment banking firm Shot Tower Capital where he advised music companies and artist estates, such as the Estate of Aretha Franklin and Prince Rogers Nelson, on capital raisings, M&A transactions, and valuations. Corey graduated summa cum laude from Loyola University of Maryland, where he earned his B.B.A. in Finance and International Business with a minor in Economics.
Clay Sosis serves as Investment and Technology Associate. He works on technology development and integration for Catch Point's proprietary tools and systems as well as due diligence and analysis for our portfolio of music rights and royalties investments. Clay joins Catch Point from Capital One where he served as a Product Manager overseeing product strategy and API orchestration. Previously, Clay was a Product Manager for media data analytics company Katch Data. Clay holds a B.A. in Film Business from Emerson College.
As an Investment Associate, Ian works on financial due diligence, analysis, and financial planning for new catalog acquisitions and for Catch Point’s existing portfolio of music rights and royalties. Before joining Catch Point, Ian worked for BMG Rights Management where he served as Manager of Investments and M&A, valuing catalogs and leading acquisition processes. Ian graduated summa cum laude from Berklee College of Music earning a Bachelor’s in Music Business and Management.
Paul has served in senior artist and songwriter-facing roles in the UK and New York including major label A&R at Atlantic Records, EMI Records and Polydor Records. He has also worked within publishing creative departments in VP roles at EMI Publishing , Cherry Lane Music and BMG. Paul supports the firm’s catalog sourcing and evaluation work across music publishing, sound recordings and other royalty types.
